Create a text file and rename it to tb.bat and then type the following and save: @echo off "C:\WIN Exchange\The Bat!\thebat.exe" /NOLOGO The create a shortcut to the tb.bat in the same folder and right-click and select properties. Select the 'Shortcut' tab and in the Run field change the drop down box to 'Minimized'.
