Freeware COA2 (Change of Address) from PCMag

should allow you to follow the previous advice and make the change to
the Disk you install to.

Alternatively, if you open the .REG editor with a good text editor you
could probably change all references to D:\.... to C:\... so that they
would work on the laptop. If it were me - I'd use COA2 to make the
change on my Desktop machine (Move from D: to C:) then everything s/b
fine when you export to the Laptop.
