Hi Mary,
Better not delete this file, it might or might not belong to The BAT!.
What can happen is that due to the file extension, if file is called a
TB! file or a paintshop file or whatever. Windows just looks at the
extension and if that extension is associated with a certain prg windows
will say that it belongs to that prg, even if it doesn't.

Rule of thumb: If you're not 110% sure leave it alone.
