This would be because you have lost or modified your default
templates.

A reply template should contain the simple %QUOTES macro. That'll do
it for ya!

More typically, it should look like this:
___________________________________________________________________
Dear %TOFNAME,

On %ODATE at %OTIME you said:

%QUOTES
%cursor

Best Regards
%FROMFNAME

The line above the "Best regards" bit is a "cut mark" and consists
of <dash><dash><space><newline>. Reply templates can get a lot more
sophisticated, but this is a good starting point.
