Seems an awful waste of time and bandwidth to me < lol > If the account you are using is getting a lot of Spam then you have two options ... 1) Use the Dispatcher to read headers on the server and only download the messages you want to get. 2) Create a new e-mail account, change over all your required posts to it, then dump the spammed address.
