When TB! encounters that combination it will not quote that line and below. Your current cut-mark is missing the Space. Second, there are templates for TB! that clean up emails without cut-marks. The remove commercial banners form sites like Yahoo. I have one myself. This template can be a bid over enthusiastic and remove more then you want.
