While you can't exactly filter on those things, TB does its own sort
of quarantine on them. Have a look at Preferences | Warnings. TB won't
allow any file with those extensions (and more) to be executed. You
can edit the list as you wish. This doesn't do the explicit
quarantining you asked for, but I think it accomplishes the same task.
