I had no problems with plugin more than 6 months, all mails with virus were detected by AVG and quarantined in TB's Quarantine. As I alredy told, there is a known, reported and confirmed bug in TB with checking nested messages. I have tested it fully and problem occurs in many cases, but not allways. When I receive message with virus as an attachment, it was detected allways by AVG. When I forwarded this message with virus as and MIME attachment, it was possible to store it and send to user without warning. This is a problem in TB, not in plugin, because it didn't received whole message, only part of it. AVG developer confirmed this bug in TB. Bugtraq: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view_bug_page.php?f_id=0001007 Second bug in TB already specified in BugTraq is a problem with partial messages. Original message can be splitted to smaller parts and sent via Internet. This is useful, when has ISP set limit on SMTP server and message can't be sent because of bigger size. When are all parts of original message received, mailer (only OE and TB) join them to one message. Problem is, that joined message is not checked for viruses. I have reported this bug week ago and I hope, it will be fixed in a new version of The Bat!
