Create your signatures as quick templates. Be sure to have the macro
%ISSIGNATURE at the end of the signature template.

In your folder and other templates, call your signatures by using
the %Qinclude="<qt handle>" macro.

If you wish to replace a signature, just type the signature quick
template handle and then hit CTRL+<Space>. The macro %ISSIGNATURE
will delete the signature as designated by the signature delimiter
and all text below it and replace the deleted signature with the new
one.

If you always use a particular signature with a particular account,
you can even add to the signature template, the %Account macro to
switch accounts as the signature is being changed.
