I don't understand what's happening, but if all other things fail.
Create a new account in TB, never mind the server settings and so on,
simply enter some values, only take care that the account is created
on the E-drive.
Close TB.
Copy all folders and files from the account directory from the to be
moved account to the directory of your new account. All relevant
settings are stored in the account.* files, so moving those takes care
of moving the account settings and the messages are being stored in
the messages.* files in the subdirectories.
Start TB and delete your old folder (use the option, 'leave
account-files on disk' just top be sure)
What you've done should have the same effect as moving the account to
another drive.
