Supposing you haven't got any messages in the newly created account:
Close TB
Copy with the explorer the contents of your old account to the new one
(everything: files, sub-folders and whatever)
Start TB and you'll see everything in your new account (server
settings etc are copied from the old account too.)

In case your new account already contains messages you'd like to keep.
Rename the folders with those messages (with the explorer) to
something that doesn't occur in your old account (inbox to inbox-new,
etc). Do this after you've closed TB and before you copied the
contents of your old account. After you've started TB, press
Ctrl-Shift-Alt-L and the extra folders will be found.
