Hello, This is very strange.
I send out a PDF file to a list of about 60 people once a month using a quick template. I select the group in the address book and then "File/Mass mailing using template". I then edit the quick template and add the necessary file for sending and save the resulting product as Draft (I sometimes add individual comments), but the supposedly attached file is not attached. I've tried adding the file to the template both before and after selecting it but to no avail. All I have is the following in the bottom of each mail %ATTACHFILE="XXX" but no separate attach window in the message and no attach icon in the out box and I know the attachment doesn't get sent because I tried it last night and have already had complaints that it wasn't there ;-) If I pick each address individually then the attachment works but that's a long process. I've only been using TB! for about 3 months but the last two times I used this template it worked perfectly ;-( -- Best regards, Richard Love is grand. Divorce is twenty grand.
