Hello, I use "view messages by reference" and have "mark message as read after 3 seconds". Sometimes I read a message and find I want to go back to it but can't find a keystroke to move back through recent messages that I have looked at. It's not the same as "CTRL [" because that only moves to the previous *unread* message.
