I get these quite regularly during peak times (business hours),
although I use Pipex.  The underlying problem is a slow response from
the mail server, so it is not really a TB! problem.  What is a Bat!
problem is the fact that you cannot increase the timeout period - the
timeout in TB! is set to a shorter period than OL, and therefore
timeouts more often.

I also use NAV2003, but I am not aware of this contributing to the
problem, because it only scans once the connection to the server has
been established.
