Hello all, I have a configuration question. I am using version 1.6 of the bat. I obtained my copy through Abacus Law (legal program). They have added a feature that ties in my cases with the matters. It allows the users to send emails to folders (Common Folders) associated with each case.
However, in order for this to work, I had to set up all email accounts to use the same location to store everyone's account directories on a server. This works fine, but a few of us that use laptops are left without email when we are off line. Can anyone recommend an alternative configuration?
