I noticed that someone in my office deleted a bunch of messages out of a common folder that is shared. My backup did not backup this folder (Even though I always check Common Folders in the B.U.). Is there a way to prohibit people from deleting, but allowing them to view these messages? I could use Windows security, but this may not be the way to go.
