Your test file came through just fine. <shrug>

I can't duplicate your problems here.

TB! should just use your systems file associations to associated
.txt files with your editor. Your editors icon should therefore show
up in the TB! attachment bar. If there's a problem with this then
there may be a problem with your file associations setup.

As to the corruption of the text file. This is very odd.
