It's rather easy. Create a filter (make it a read messages filter) Source folder is the folder you'd like to process. Target folder is the same. Scroll down to the 'send auto reply' option and select it Click on the letter-icon, here you'll edit the template. Use this in your template: Hello %ABtoFIRSTNAME="%TOFNAME", This inserts the first name from the AB and if that's lacking it uses the first name part of the recipient of the new message.
