In essence your wish amounts to an autoresponder in a filter. It's
rather easy.

Create a filter (make it a read messages filter)
Source folder is the folder you'd like to process.
Target folder is the same.
Search for @ present in the sender
Make the filter both active and manual only.
Now go to the 'actions' tab.
Scroll down to the 'send auto reply' option and select it
Click on the letter-icon, here you'll edit the template.
Use this in your template:
Hello %ABtoFIRSTNAME="%TOFNAME",
This inserts the first name from the AB and if that's lacking it uses
the first name part of the recipient of the new message.
Go to the 'advanced' tab
For the delivery option select 'Queue in Outbox'

Now select the folder you want to process,
right mouse button
select 'Re-filter messages'
Use read filters,
Select 'Read filters' and deselect the others
Also check 'manual filters only'

OK, that's it.
