The issue has been raised before and unfortunately the answer seems to be no. You can do it with a series of key presses which might simplify the process, and of course you can download your macro utility of choice to do this. However, I don't take any responsibility if you mess things up :-) With the folder list in focus, press; alt-enter, alt-u, enter, down This should set one folder to use the default settings and move the cursor down to the next. Repeat as necessary.
