WinXP; TB! 1.62 Xmas; ISDN dialup, set to autodial w/o prompts. Autodialing mostly works. With TB!, though, when I click or F2 to retrieve messages and I'm not already connected, instead of calling the network auto-dialup connection, I receive an "Error 691. Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain." There is not a problem with my username or p/w in the dialup connection, however, and other programs autodial just fine when calling an Internet location while I am not connected. What could be the problem with TB!; more important, what could I do to remedy it? If I uninstall and then reinstall, what do I have to do to re-link my folders and messages with the new installation of the program?
