That's because of the content type of these attachments. Hav a look at
the source of your message and you will see that TB! sends the .txt file
as 'Content-Type: text/plain; name="TXT_Test.txt"' but the other two
files as 'Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="LST_Test.lst"'.

TB! doesn't use Windows' file associations to determine the type of a
file, it relies on the content-type of the attachment. That's why it
refuses to display it, although -- considering the true content of the
files -- it easily could.
