It can often happen when there is a connection interrupt between the server and the client. The client is needed to re-authenticate and because the server hasn't dropped the previous connection, the mail box is locked (hence the message). I've often found this to occur when a proxy server is involved (in particular Wingate) and large emails, because the proxy server incorrectly handles the connections, the client times-out, but the proxy keeps the connection open to the server, so you end up with something like this: Client -> Proxy -> Mail Server [time out] Client X Proxy -> Mail Server [reconnect] Client -> Proxy X Mail box still locked - -- Jonathan Angliss ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQA/AwUBPgCzHSuD6BT4/R9zEQKpxgCcD+nGE4dpu6ePhwQO8TuXXW02lJkAmwXw Oaz9WN/eZOq75U0cJUE/m9q8 =VOZ+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
