I tick-marked the "Always use this charset" for 8859-1 I also put %charset="ISO-8859-1" in the template for many addresses, including this one.
Yet, when I CC a message back to myself, I see the RFC headers contains *charset=us-ascii* --- Could someone please tell me *if* I am doiong something incorrectly? -- Thanks for the help ...
