Go to filters and block sender/s. If you do not know how to
work with filters, it is then time to learn them.

If you know how to work with filters but the sender is
changing his from address or location often, you might
require a more complex filter.

To start, see what it is that makes the e-mails from the
source the same. See what it is they all have in common.
Then before you start on a filter make sure what the bad
e-mail has the same does in no way conflict with your
regular & legitimate e-mail.

Work on a filter that now searches for the similarity.

It's no answer but it's an ideal start.
