If you know how to work with filters but the sender is changing his from address or location often, you might require a more complex filter. To start, see what it is that makes the e-mails from the source the same. See what it is they all have in common. Then before you start on a filter make sure what the bad e-mail has the same does in no way conflict with your regular & legitimate e-mail. Work on a filter that now searches for the similarity.
