Open the account.log file with notepad or something like it and use
those facilities. The account.log file can be found in the directory
where you store the files and folders for the account in question.
(The default is c:\program files\the bat\mail\blablabla)

A blue arrow pointing down means that a message has triggered an
incoming filter. Currently I've no green arrows, but I suppose those
are messages that triggered a filter from a different set (outgoing,
read, replied or selective download)

The icons show what filter set was used, so that might help you with a
search. For the rest I suppose the log is intended to follow what TB
has been doing. Easy for debugging filters etc.
