Hello TBUDL, I received some results that I've never noticed before when attempting to reply to an email from technical support. I wanted the reply to contain the entire original message for documentation. In the on-going dialog between myself and support my signature line was included in support's reply to me. It appears there is a difference between the %Quotes and %Text macro. When using the %Quotes macro the reply message only goes as far down as my signature line in the original message. When using the %Text macro the entire text is in the reply message.
Is there a work around for the %Quotes macro or when exchanging email with support is the only option the %Text macro? To be honest I like in-line quoting. Depending upon the answer to my question, I may have to set up some address templates. TIA! -- Best regards, Greg Strong TB! v1.62 Beta/17 on Windows XP Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
