True. Many of us, however, do not want it in our emails, particularly
by default. That is what brought us to The Bat.

RS> however, do not stamp your feet and send a plain message to friend

I have told my friends that I don't read html messages, if it is not
in the text it does not attract my attention. I miss all the stuff
they don't realize they are sending.

You are correct here. Business mail is business mail and has to
accommodate the customer, who is always right. That is why it is
important to be able to read html mail from the people who don't know
better.

I won't go there... <smile>

I don't think that is a bad thing. I would hate for the authors to
write BAT for that target user.

Excellent cue that it is time to hit the delete key.

I am one of those idiots who does not have flash installed on my
machine nor do I want it. Something is in flash? I miss it. I hate it.
I hate the bandwidth waste that goes with all of the eye candy. I have
ADSL, so speed is not a problem, doesn't mean you should waste it.

Most of us do, that is why there are special programs like Agent.

It sounds to me like Outlook was designed for those who want a
mail/newsgroup/browser program all in one. I hate to see baggage added
to TB to turn it into an Outlook Clone. Outlook is not allowed within
100 yards of any of my systems or the systems on the network that I
administer.
