well, this is puzzling me. I have an AB entry for a person, and a new message template. When I start on the To: line, and start typing the domain part of the address, like "HER_ISP.com" it autofills in the correct email address. Then when I tab down to the body it starts with Hello email_ID, ( the email part of the email_ID @HER_ISP.com)
but when I double-click the AB entry and tab down, it uses the AB new message template I created.
