Some time ago I noted this, but I didn't see any response.  I will
file as a bug unless someone indicates a reason why this is not one.

Multi-user configuration, all of whom have user rights except for
Administrator, who has administrator rights.  Some of the users are
within one group (of which the administrator is not a member).  This
is the only group in the configuration.

When administrator logs on and goes into Tools/Networks (or
whatever it is called; anyone still reading this knows which menu
choice I'm referring to), there are two events--at least here--which,
I believe, should not occur.

One is that, under Privileges, the first listed user always has admin
rights, not the user rights he should have. The other is that, under
Groups, the group is no longer a group. The member accounts have to be
re-selected and the group re-created.

Comments?  (And would someone remind me where bugs are to be filed?)
