This should help you with your filtering problems

You can use the Pipe character to separate multiple words that you
want in a string... for example this | would mean "or"
like this (cotton|candy|carnival) would invoke a filter when any of
those 3 words are found.
tip: you can find the pipe character by pressing "shift + \"
