Okay, that makes sense... but couldn't I setup a regular expression filter to remove messages of known charset's like for Korea, etc.. ? Does anyone already have a filter like this that they are using? At present, I have a filter that deletes e-mail with �|�|�|�|�|�|�|�| in the subject line... I figure that if they have any of those characters in the subject line they are foreign anyway..?
