AOL treats all forwards as attachments. From one AOL user to another, they show up inline, but anywhere else, they are attachments. And if it's forward that's been through several people, you'll get the attachment in the attachment in the attachment in the attachment syndrome. I agree with you, though. It's darned annoying.
