Granville- This is a common error message that happens if you try to send a message without retrieving incoming mail first. The server thinks you aren't authorized to send mail using the ISP as a relay point. If you force a check for new incoming mail that should do the trick. I realize this doesn't address the address violation problem, but that may be an unrelated issue.
