Problems because I am not doing any of this creation of paths
for documents, this is a built-in mess in XP.  See below for the
error I am now receiving after using your suggestion.  I did not
insert the quote nor end the filepath, that occurred after
copying/pasting your suggestion into TB!.  What I see in TB!'s
reply properties is:

%WRAPPED='%COOKIE="C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My
Documents\cookies.txt"' -- what comes up as an error is below:

Cannot open file "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My"

Is TB! not reading the second line of the command?
