I'm not doing anything specific. the slow down is immediate, as soon as I open the Bat it is almost impossible to move the mouse around and then everything just stops. I have gone into my msconfig and stopped PC-cillin from loading up at start-up. Even if I start up with just explore and systray and then start PCcillin then the bat I get the same problem.
