Go to the Popfile Control Center and click on the "configuration" tab.
Find the item that says "subject line modification" and switch the
option to off.

I'm not aware of a printed manual, but take a look at the online FAQ
(http://www.ritlabs.com/the_bat/support.html) which is also available
in a PDF file if you want to print it out. Between reading the FAQ and
reading this list for a few months, you'll learn more than you ever
wanted to know about TB!
