Just tested it on a 215 MB account I created (copied) for the occasion, with lots of folders and parked messages. The only (sub)folders that weren't deleted were those with non TB files. Before you do this, remember to back-up your address book. TB needs one account to function properly, so I don't know if you can delete all of them.
