It's a little text editor to take notes and such. Can open several
text files simultaneously.
I heard of people who were using it as default editor for their
cookies file for example. You set it up once to also open your cookies
file and it'll do so every time. Easy way to add cookies from within
TB.

And more things like that.

TS> Does it only store dates and events?

It doesn't store events. It only adds time and date when you open it.
Could come in handy for a close by notebook.

TS> Or can it be used to make N happen on DATE?

I wish it could. Then it would be a real addition to TB. Now I'm not
really convinced about it's uses.
