Don't do that! Most of modern viruses fake the From address, and you're not helping anybody by replying to these messages. Klez found it's way to yahoogroups mailing lists twice with my address in the From header, both times I was flooded with "You have a virus!" messages (197 messages the first time, too many to count the second time).
