Yes - the wrapping is shot to pieces. Here it is in correct format:

(?:\[\d*\])?:\s*)|(?:\s*\[.*\]\s*))*%-

(?:\((?:PGP|S/MIME) Decrypted\)))*\z'%-
%REGEXPMATCH='%OSUBJ'"

All lines except the last line end with %-. The copy you are using
has been wrapped resulting in extra spaces in the match strings.
The extra spaces are making them fail to match and resulting in a
blank subject.
