I don't think you can device an foolproof way to differentiate between
"Booy Thomas" and "Thomas Booy" (both Booy and Thomas being
legal first and last names over here) without knowing the guy. Neither
is it possible to make TB recognize first name without a complete list
of possible first names and last names, after all that's how you do
that by yourself.

When they're separated by a comma, TB supposes that the last part is
the first name. But otherwise you need to use the address book, with
something like: %ABtoFIRSTNAME="%TOFNAME"
