That would be the "Sorting office", not a file at all. Copy the text
from BeginFilter through EndFilter, open the Sorting office,
incoming message folder and press Ctrl-V. The filter will appear at
the end of the list of filters and you can customize it at will.

No. It's my guess at the possible name of a dialler application.
