This question is for a friend who has just installed Win2K over WinME. On restarting her pc after what appeared to be a problem-free install, she is having some problems :-/. AVG was acting up & has been removed, but problems continue. All information inside two accounts has vanished, although the information is still on the hard-drive. The accounts appear in TB interface, but no account settings, filters, mail etc. What was that keystroke to make hidden folders appear? Would it help here? If not, would a reinstall of TB help? Any other suggestions? She also can't get on-line because her modem appears to have become invisible, despite several tries with new drivers.
