Using The Bat! v1.62i on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 A few days ago, someone else asked about mail merge. I have a related question:
I store numeric information about contacts in a database. I can export this to a CSV, but have no idea how to use that in a mail merge. For example, one field gives the number of times an event occurred, which is different for each contact. Are such "merge variables" possible with TB? If so, how should I go about using them?
