Thanks. Unfortunately, many of these messages come from services to which I subscribe; some come from mailing lists. It would be extremely rude of me to *demand* that the senders change their messages to comply with RFC822 -- particularly since I'm probably the only person who's noticed and to who it makes a difference. So, I must deal with this issue. At present, I move these messages to my Outbox, insert then delete one space, save the message, then move it back to the folder from whence it came. This effectively modifies the creation/time to the time of saving. Is there an easier way to correct the creation date, preferably automatically?
