Hmm, seems like the problem was my choice of hotkeys I assigned to check all mail. When I use Alt+F2, it brings up the window as you mentioned. When I assigned the check all to F2, it minimizes it. So it turns out my choice of F2 as the hotkey was not the wisest of choices. Thanks Roelof.
