It is certainly useful. I have been using this method for quite a while,
and I am perfectly content.
Some time ago, someone proposed a batch file for automating this, which
I'm happily using. Alas, he didn't leave a hint in the file, and - my
bad - I don't remember who it was, so I cannot say who deserves the
credits...
Copy the following between the asterisks, adjust your paths and save it
as tbbckupcpl.bat or any name with the extension .bat .
Running this .bat file will first create, later update the archive.
