I am not a fan of having the government legislate what is spam and what is not. Governments seem to use big hammers and lack the finesse to control these kinds of things. I guess my point was that someone asked a question and someone else used that as an opportunity to plug a favorite cause (I have no problem with this) but the reply was in no way an answer to the question. So what is actually spam and who decides.
