I am sorry to everyone on the list, since this has gotten way off
topic.

I guess I should have put a little smiley face on my reply.

I do believe anti-spam efforts are a worthy cause.  I am not a fan of
having the government legislate what is spam and what is not.
Governments seem to use big hammers and lack the finesse to control
these kinds of things.

I guess my point was that someone asked a question and someone else
used that as an opportunity to plug a favorite cause (I have no problem
with this) but the reply was in no way an answer to the question.

So what is actually spam and who decides.

Sorry again for the off topic...next time I will think it instead of
writing it. :)
