It's very likely then that your message is being altered during transit
by one of the servers. A common culprit is the addition of a '-' in
front of the 'From' whenever it begins a line.

That is done at the time of signing and doesn't interfere with the
signature validity.

This is possible, though an alteration of the message in transit may be
the problem. What will answer this is if they MIME forward a copies of
the messages that didn't validate, or send them as plain text
attachments. In this way you can check them and if their signatures are
bad, examine them to see what they alteration is.
