I've got one just like that :-)
Here's the whole thing with the personal stuff and file path snipped.
This is in a QT with MM checked. I don't see a significant difference
from yours (other than I don't have spaces in the %ATTACHFILE line) -
but mine works fine. (TB 1.62r WinXP SP1)
